Registration

Overview

At least one author of each accepted paper must register as a full (non-student) rate. No extra fee is required if the author has more than one accepted paper. Late registration for authors will not be accepted. Unregistered papers will be excluded from the conference proceedings. Any registrations entitle the participant to attend all events in the conference, including keynote speeches, paper presentation sessions, tutorials, and workshops. It also includes lunches, coffee breaks, reception, and conference banquet.

Student registration fee(Early):

JPY 45000

Student registration fee(Late):

JPY 55000

Extra Banquet Ticket:

JPY 6000

Note

At least one author of each Technical Research Paper or SEIP Paper or ERA Paper or Poster Paper must finalize registration on or before October 15, 2018.
Each paper requires one full (non-student) registration.
Student registration requires a student ID card.
The online registration is open until November 26, 2018 (AOE). All participants are kindly asked to register online.
We kindly ask you to pay the General/Student registration fee even if you plan to attend only a workshop.
