To enter Japan, the Visa Exemption Arrangements with 68 countries and regions are applied.

Meanwhile, depending on your nationality, you may be required to obtain a suitable visa to enter Japan.

APSEC 2018 can support participants who have completed their registrations with payment. To request a support, you must fill in a Request Form and send it to 'apsec2018-regist_AT_sigse.jp' via an e-mail.

We will send the following sealed documents by EMS. Normally, deriver is made about one week after the receive of your request.

• Invitation Letter
• Letter of Reason for Invitation
• Schedule of Stay
• Inviter's Certificate of Employment
• Letter of Gurantee (if needed)

In most cases, "Letter of Gurantee" is not necessary becasue "Invitation Letter" from the General chair and his "Inviter's Certificate of Employment" are provided. Nevertheless, your organizations, Japanese Embassies or Consulates, etc. require this document, please let us know accordingly.
